World Orphan Week is a chance for everyone to make a difference to orphaned children around the world by raising money and awareness for SOS children.

Fairtrade Fortnight is a good opportunity for everyone to think about where their food comes from and how they can help people in poorer countries.
For this year's Fairtrade Fortnight why not join in The Big Swap? For two whole weeks swap your usual stuff for Fairtrade stuff. There are lots of things that you can buy that are fair trade, from fresh fruit to sports balls. There is a wide selection of products all you have to do is look for the fair trade logo.
