Pupils at Templeton School have been rewarded for their commitment in caring for the environment.
The south Pembrokeshire school has been awarded the Bronze Sustainable Schools award.
The prize was presented to the pupils by Councillor Huw George, Cabinet member for Education.
Councillor George congratulated the youngsters on the work they had been doing to look after their environment and was given a special tour of the school garden.
"The school has a very long tradition of environmental awareness as shown by the school logo", said Headteacher, Mike Perkins.
"The children have a good awareness of where the school fits into the local and global environment and a huge amount of energy has gone into the school site to develop this.
"We are very pleased to accept this award to reward this effort."
The Sustainable Schools Award scheme recognises efforts to improve the local environment and quality of life now without damaging the planet for future generations.
